Originally launched in Milan, miscusi is a cult-famous Italian pasta restaurant. In line with its sustainable mission, miscusi’s menu champions the benefits of the Mediterranean diet and offers a variety of pasta dishes that use simple and seasonal ingredients, as well as help combat climate change by being low in carbon emissions.

Favourites include the classic, ‘Pacchero Tricolore’, with green pistachio, white burrata and red tomato sauce; ‘Cacio Pepe Funghi’, featuring mushrooms in the cult creamy cheese and pepper sauce; ‘Rigatoni Tonno e Pistacchi’, chickpea pasta with tuna and pistacchio cream; as well as a range of Mediterranean sharing platters such as burrata, aubergine parmigiana and hummus with sourdough bread. Guests will be able to choose from recommended pasta combinations or create their own personalised dishes with their favourite ingredients.

Certified B-corp, miscusi is also the UK’s first restaurant to introduce a loyalty scheme that rewards customers for choosing dishes that are ‘good for you, good for the planet’.
