Fair Shot Cafe is a social enterprise cafe and registered UK charity that aims to transform the lives of young adults with learning disabilities through specialty coffee.

Fair Shot provides a year-long training programme in which young adults with learning disabilities can prepare for the world of work. Once they graduate, Fair Shot finds their trainees paid employment by partnering with forward-thinking employers and keep supporting all parties involved for the following 6 months.
