Fair Shot Cafe is a social enterprise café and registered UK charity that aims to transform the lives of young adults with learning disabilities through specialty coffee. The shop on Slingsby Place serves up Fair Shot’s finest speciality coffees and a wide selection of freshly-baked pastries and cakes, all complemented by a delicious seasonal lunch menu.

Fair Shot provides a year-long training programme at their Covent Garden café in which young adults with learning disabilities can prepare for the world of work. Once they graduate, Fair Shot finds their trainees paid employment by partnering with forward-thinking employers and keep supporting all parties involved for the following 6 months.

All profits from the shop go straight back into funding the programme and creating employment opportunities for those with disabilities.
