Cato, a new cocktail bar from Bart & Taylor, is set to open their doors at 17 Mercer Street in January 2026.

Named after Alexander Cato, the world’s first celebrity bartender, Cato is inspired by the very soul of NYC.

Split across three different rooms, Cato will bring elements of energy, community, gathering, and, of course, incredible flavours to the busy streets of Covent Garden. In this space, diversity and inclusivity take central stage.
